Who runs this site

This website is operated by Ascent Studio, a marketing studio working under INKOM Ryszard Rudnicki, ul. Kasztelańska 8/2A, 81-412 Gdynia, Poland, VAT ID PL7391000478. For anything concerning these terms, write to hello@ascentstudio.org.

What this site is — and is not

The pages here describe the kind of work we do and how we work. Any service description, scope or price shown on this site is an invitation to talk, not a binding offer. Nothing on this website creates a contract between us.

Using the contact form

The form is for enquiries about our work. Please do not send unlawful content, and do not submit anyone else's personal data unless you have a basis for sharing it. We may decline to reply to messages that are abusive, automated, or unrelated to our services.

What happens after you write

We read what you send and reply within two working days. If we go on to work together, the engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides. That agreement takes precedence over anything on this website.

Our content

The text, layout, graphics and code of this site belong to us. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back. Copying pages wholesale, or reusing the design as your own, is not permitted.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another website, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content.

Complaints

If something here is wrong or unclear, write to hello@ascentstudio.org. We respond to complaints within 14 days.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. The version published here at the time you write to us is the one that applies.

Governing law

Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, nothing on this page limits the rights you have by statute.
