The studio

Built by a marketer tired of watching AI sold badly.

Alicja Rudnicka

Founder

Alicja has been building marketing content since she was seventeen — running social accounts, writing campaigns, and producing content for hospitality brands, independent clients, and now AI-native startups. She's currently studying Communication Science at the University of Amsterdam and interning at an AI-driven venture studio in Bali, where she works inside the exact fast-moving, AI-first environment Ascent is built to bring to its clients.

She's also Head of Marketing at another early-stage company, running its social presence and website end-to-end. Ascent exists because she kept seeing the same gap: businesses sold AI tools when what they actually needed was a marketer who knew how to point them somewhere.

Ascent grew out of years in B2B marketing — and the same pattern on repeat: companies buying tools when they needed clarity, and agencies shipping activity instead of results.

When AI let a small studio do the work of a large one, that became a way to give founder-led companies senior marketing thinking plus the capacity to act on it. Judgment first, AI-powered execution behind it, a short client list on purpose.

Before you ask

Who is Ascent a good fit for?

Founders and marketing leads at B2B tech and SaaS companies who want a strategic partner — not another freelancer to manage.

Do we need to already use AI tools?

No. AI is our method, not your homework. Everything we build is set up in tools you own and handed over without lock-in.

What does an engagement look like?

It starts with a fixed-scope project so you can judge the work, then most clients move to a monthly retainer. Pricing is discussed on the intro call.
